Everything will come to an end. There is no use of holding unto something that have served its purpose already.
No matter how good or bad you have been through,
You just have to smile that it happened.
You wouldn't be what you are now if it didn't.
Side note: The only thing that wouldn't end? Love of God.
I have been through a lot of pain. Pains that I thought I couldn't handle and impaired the usual things I do. I learned that as we endure those pains, we become stronger. Future pains then are manageable and tolerable.
Now everything ended, and a new adventure begins. I am anxious yet excited. I have more to learn too.
Goodbye braces, hello retainers.
Throughout the procedure that lasted for 3 years, I have endured and spent a lot. I had 8 teeth removed, 4 of those are my wisdom teeth. I went to school with my face bulging. I couldn't eat well. I swallowed food (and blood). I had wounds that I and my body learned to adapt with. I struggled to eat normally even if it is hard.
It is over now.
Finally I can eat burgers normally!
Who wants to join me in my week-long burger marathon? *smiles*
P.S.
They think I have a better smile now. I think it's just the same. Smiles are not seen through your teeth, but through one's eyes. And the smiles from your eyes are rooted in your heart (or mind?). Wherever you might want it. LOL
